Peer Learning Workshop Conflict Minerals Program Management – Best Practices - Track A [concurrent]
Date & Time
Thursday, November 10, 2016, 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM
Description
As we approach Year 4 for SEC Reporting, there has been changing of the guards within companies for those managing their company’s conflict minerals programs. For many practitioners, you may be the one who implemented your company’s program and are still the one managing this. For others, this may be a program you “inherited” and are now in a quandary as to how best to manage this program moving forward. Our panel of experts will share some of their insights on Conflict Minerals Program Management – how to put together a team, best practices for program management, improving data management and integrity, and prioritization of due diligence efforts in a low-resource environment.
