To have access to global markets the upstream is challenged meeting downstream needs while remaining cost competitive. Overwhelmed with increasing due diligence demands and a depressed market, upstream needs the support of downstream to successfully and for the long-term implement reasonable, cost-effective due diligence that maximizes benefits for local communities and stakeholders. Hear from upstream actors on what types of engagement have been most impactful thus far to bring progress on-the-ground.
