RBA Factory Lead Certification 

RBA is introducing a new professional designation to help RBA members, and their supply chain partners to ensure understanding of common standards and supply chain issues. This designation is intended for the individual responsible for implementing RBA requirements at a factory.  The core curriculum can be taken completely online in the RBA e-Learning Academy. 
All courses are offered in English and Chinese with the exception of 'RBA Code Standards: Labor, Ethics and Management Systems' that is currently only available in English.

RBA Factory Lead Certification            
Members: $500.00 USD
Non-Members: $800.00 USD
This designation is intended for an employee at the factory level (preferably manager level) who has been identified to focus on compliance to the RBA Code of Conduct. Individuals who possess the following knowledge and skills are good candidates for this certification program:
  • RBA Code expertise and knowledge of other voluntary and mandatory standards
  • Leadership, management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of management systems
  • 3-5 years of experience at the factory level
By achieving the RBA Factory Lead designation, participants will have a solid understanding of:    
  1. The RBA Code of Conduct and how to apply it in factories
  2. Supply Chain Responsibility & Management
  3. Industry Standards
  4. Elements of an effective Worker Communication Program
  5. Effective Management Systems
  6. Ensuring Health and Safety
  7. Understanding Chemical Management
  8. Improving Working Conditions
  9. Recognizing Forced Labor
  10. RBA Validated Audit Process (VAP) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Management
  1. Completion of these courses increases knowledge of social and environmental standards
  2. Plaque with Certificate is valid for 2 years from completion of courses and testing
  3. Name listed on RBA’s  member only SharePoint website on a list of Certified RBA  Factory Leads
  4. Invitation to RBA  Events and Webinars
  5. Invitation to participate in a LinkedIn Group for Certified RBA  Factory Leads
