Rhymie Bin Mohd Ramli holds a degree in law from International Islamic University Malaysia. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in the Malaysian Bar in 2000. , He practiced as an advocate and solicitor prior joining the Industrial Relation Services in 2002 and held the post of Assistant Director of Labour .In his career, he has handled numerous tasks such as adjudicating officer in “Labour Court” inquiry, investigating officer relating to labour complains, inspection officer, as a commissioner of workmen compensation and investigating officer in forced labour cases. Furthermore, he has often been invited by the government department, private sector as well as international organization as a speaker in various topic relating to labour law and issues on forced labour. Currently, he is a Senior Assistant Director attached to the Enforcement Division , ATIP unit in the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia HQ Putrajaya.
